One call, start to finish.

  1. It rings

Somebody asked Truvo for a quote minutes ago.

  2. You see them first

Who is calling, the line and the state, before you say hello. Take it or pass.

  3. You quote

The rater is in the same window as the call.

  4. They bind

The policy is yours, and so is the pay.

Questions

Pay and status

How am I paid?

You are paid when a policy you write binds. You connect a payout account during setup and the money lands there.

Am I an employee?

No. You work as an independent contractor on a 1099. You keep your own license, you set your own hours, and nobody assigns you a shift.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. There is no fee to apply, no monthly charge, and you never buy a lead from us. If a page ever asks you to pay Truvo to take calls, it is not us.

The work

Do I have to be available at set times?

No. You mark yourself available when it suits you and calls start arriving. Mark yourself off and they stop. There is no quota and no schedule to keep.

Where do the calls come from?

From consumers who came to Truvo and asked for a quote. They are expecting to talk to a licensed agent, which is why the call connects instead of ringing out.

Can I do this alongside my current book?

That is what most of this is built for. You take calls in the hours you are not already selling, and your own book is untouched.

Licensing

Do I need my own license?

Yes. You need an active resident license and a National Producer Number. We verify it against the national producer database when you apply, and we keep checking it while you work with us.

Which states and lines can I take?

The states you hold a license in, and the lines you tell us you sell. A broader license means more calls reach you.

Getting started

What do I need to get started?

A computer, a headset, and somewhere quiet to take a call. Everything runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install.

What happens after I apply?

A person reads every application. We email you either way, and an approval carries everything you need to set up your account.

Bring your license. Keep your hours.
